These Terms govern your use of Avanya Fresh’s website, app, and dairy delivery service in Indore, India. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Avanya Fresh offers subscriptions and one-time orders for dairy products — including milk, curd, paneer, and ghee — delivered to your address in our serviceable areas of Indore.
Your account
You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions & orders
- You choose the products and delivery schedule when you set up a subscription.
- You can skip or pause deliveries from your account, subject to the daily cut-off time shown in the app.
- We aim to deliver every morning; occasionally items may be unavailable, in which case we will inform you and adjust your order or bill.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly for the deliveries made in that period, using the payment method on file. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Skipped days are not charged.
Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide, typically before sunrise. Please ensure the address and any access instructions are accurate. We are not responsible for deliveries that fail due to an incorrect address or inaccessible location.
Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. If a delivery is missed on our part, or an item arrives spoiled or incorrect, please report it promptly (within 24 hours) via avanyafresh@gmail.com; we will provide a credit or refund for the affected item.
Quality
We take care to deliver fresh, pure dairy. As dairy is perishable, please refrigerate promptly and consume within the recommended time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Avanya Fresh’s liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
