User Data Deletion

Avanya Fresh — a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Kartikey Singh Solanki, based in Indore, India (“Avanya Fresh”, “we”, “us”) — respects your right to delete the personal data we hold about you. This page explains what you can delete and how to request it.
What data this covers
- Contact & delivery details — your name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Order & subscription data — the products you chose, delivery schedule, skips/pauses, and order history.
- Messaging data — WhatsApp conversation history with Avanya Fresh used to take and support your orders.
- Usage & device data — the basic, largely aggregate analytics tied to your account.
Payment details are handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card or bank details on our systems, so those are deleted by contacting the processor per their policy.
How to request deletion
Send an email to avanyafresh@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, from or including the phone number registered with your Avanya Fresh account (we use it to locate and verify your records). No account or login is required to make the request.
What happens next
- We verify that the request comes from the account holder.
- We delete your personal data within 30 days of verifying the request.
- We email you a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
What we may retain
We may keep the minimum records the law requires us to retain — for example, invoice and tax records — for the legally mandated period, and any information we must keep to resolve disputes or prevent fraud. Everything else associated with your account is removed.
